Controller and contact

  • The current controller for the public website is Peter Dudáš, founder of No Pressure Interactive.
  • The public postal or registered-address wording is pending legal review and will be updated before any final legal-entity or registered-seat presentation changes.
  • Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@nopressureinteractive.com. Direct business communication can be sent to contact@nopressureinteractive.com.
  • No Pressure Interactive is currently presented as a founder-led public studio and product identity. If the legal entity changes, this document will be updated before the public legal presentation changes.

What this document covers

  • Use of the public website at nopressureinteractive.com.
  • Direct communication through e-mail or LinkedIn.
  • Security logging, abuse prevention, and operational traceability required to run the service.
  • Handling privacy requests related to the website or direct communication.
  • The current public website does not use marketing trackers, advertising pixels, analytics cookies, public contact forms, public uploads, accounts, or newsletter sign-ups.

What personal data may be processed

  • Identity and contact details that you provide in direct communication, mainly name, e-mail address, LinkedIn profile information, company name, and message content.
  • Business or project context that you choose to send when asking about collaboration, project work, product topics, or commercial communication.
  • Technical and security data needed to serve and protect the website, such as network-level IP processing, request time, request type, technical request identifiers, rate-limit signals, and security logs.
  • Browser-side presentation preference for the selected light or dark theme stored under the local storage key npi-theme.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Direct project, business, and product communication is processed to answer the request, prepare follow-up, discuss potential collaboration, or take steps before a contract. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication relates to pre-contract or contractual steps.
  • Security, abuse prevention, operational traceability, and protection of the public website are processed as legitimate interests in stable and secure operation. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Where longer retention is required for accounting, legal obligations, disputes, or protection of legal claims, processing may rely on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR depending on the situation.
  • The website does not use personal data for automated individual decision-making, advertising profiling, or cross-site tracking.

Who may receive the data

  • Authorized persons operating No Pressure Interactive only to the extent needed for communication, technical operation, security events, or privacy requests.
  • Hetzner as the current hosting provider for the public website. Related backend or operational infrastructure may also use Hetzner where needed.
  • Proton as the provider of business e-mail mailboxes and mail delivery.
  • Technical maintenance or support providers where necessary to secure or operate the service.
  • Competent authorities or other persons where required by law or protection of legal claims.
  • No Pressure Interactive does not sell personal data and does not share it with advertising or tracking platforms.

Regional and provider model

  • The domain registration and DNS management for nopressureinteractive.com are handled through Namecheap.
  • The public website is currently served from Hetzner infrastructure in the EU. Related backend or operational infrastructure may also use Hetzner where needed.
  • Business e-mail mailboxes and mail delivery are provided through Proton on Swiss mail infrastructure.
  • Switzerland is recognized as providing an adequate level of personal data protection.
  • If a provider is used in a way that transfers personal data outside the EU or EEA without an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards under GDPR or another legally recognized mechanism must be used.

Retention

  • Ordinary business e-mail communication is reviewed periodically and retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation, follow-up, or related operational context.
  • Communication connected with contracts, accounting, disputes, legal claims, or legal obligations may be retained for the period required by applicable law or legitimate interests.
  • Operational logs are normally retained for 30 days.
  • Security and audit logs may be retained for 180 days online and then up to 1 year in encrypted archive where needed for defense and traceability.
  • Backups may temporarily extend practical retention for disaster recovery. Where deletion is justified, active processing is stopped and backup copies remain only for the normal backup lifecycle unless a lawful reason requires longer retention.

Your rights and requests

  • Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability where GDPR conditions are met, objection where processing is based on legitimate interests, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@nopressureinteractive.com.
  • Before disclosing, changing, or deleting data, reasonable identity verification may be required to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Some technical, security, or legally relevant records may be retained where necessary for security, traceability, legal claims, or legal obligations.
  • You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

Cookies, local storage, and tracking

  • The public website does not use marketing cookies, analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking.
  • The only normal browser-side preference stored by the public website is the selected visual theme under the local storage key npi-theme.
  • This storage is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or cross-site tracking.

Automated decision-making and profiling

  • No Pressure Interactive does not use personal data collected through the public website for automated individual decision-making or profiling under GDPR.

Security note

  • Technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or unlawful disclosure.
  • Measures are selected in proportion to the nature, scope, purpose, and risk of processing.
  • They include input validation, access control, protection against abusive or excessive requests, operational traceability, backup and recovery discipline, and limiting access to data to people who need it for their work.

Document changes

  • This document may be updated when the technical setup, providers, processing scope, legal identity, or legal requirements change.
  • The current version is always published on the No Pressure Interactive website.
